Shipping policy
Some recent orders may experience delays in the sending of tracking codes due to the critical situation caused by the coronavirus threat in Asian countries, from where some of our products are shipped. However, the processing time and total shipping time will remain the same.
NovyxCo operates with the following shipping method:
1. International Shipping Products
1.1. Purchase Policy
All products available at NovyxCo are shipped directly from our international suppliers (Switzerland, Sweden, the United States, and China) to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery takes approximately 3 to 9 weeks (on average after the product is shipped), depending on the destination location. Products are shipped within up to 7 business days after payment confirmation in our system.
Orders placed via bank slip (boleto bancário) take 1 to 3 days for payment confirmation in our system. We guarantee a tracking code so the customer can monitor the delivery progress of their order.
Attention: In certain cases, delivery times may be extended by a few additional business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, peak demand periods at the postal service, or other situations beyond the store’s control.
The store guarantees delivery of the order and is responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or misplaced during the delivery process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and include free online tracking. Delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.
1.2. Insured Shipping
“If the product is delayed and not delivered within 70 business days from the shipping date—excluding situations beyond the store’s control—the full amount paid will be 100% refunded.”
Attention: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. Therefore, if you receive one product before another, please do not worry—this is completely normal.
1.3. Order Tracking
Products will be shipped via the postal service or another carrier. A tracking code will always be provided, allowing the customer to follow the delivery progress. NovyxCo is committed to instructing customers on how to track their products. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available to NovyxCo.
The tracking code is provided 3 to 9 business days after payment confirmation.
The tracking code may take 5 to 10 days to begin showing shipping information on the postal service’s website.
2. General Conditions (Attention)
2.1. Address Accuracy
NovyxCo will ship products to the address provided by the customer. Therefore, to avoid delivery issues, please ensure that the address is filled out correctly and completely when placing your order.
2.2. Recipient Unavailable
Please make sure that someone will be available at the delivery address to receive your products. The postal service makes three delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be taken to the nearest post office. In this case, the recipient must pick up the package at the post office within 7 calendar days. If the package is not collected within this period, according to postal service regulations, it will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for resending the product.
All details regarding delivery attempts, as well as the address of the post office where the package must be collected in case of recipient absence, will be recorded in the order tracking information, which can be followed on the postal service’s website using the tracking code provided by the store.
2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
NovyxCo is not responsible for incorrectly or incompletely filled delivery addresses provided by the customer. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, according to postal service regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.
If delivery is not completed due to discrepancies in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund. A new shipping fee of BRL 55.00 (shipping cost + postal service fee) will be required to resend the product.
